BRAVO, BRAVO, BRAVO, WHAT A PERFORMER & A WARRIOR!!!!

Even with the fall on the opening quad I would stilll give him all 10.0s+, he's simply in a class by himself, Elvis Presley on ice skates.

Incredible! What happened? Is it again that the judges gave far more points to PChan (on principle)?

Well, his TES suffered as the result of that fall it seems. His PCS is reasonable, IMO.

Daisuke needs to land his jumps, imo. He couldn't land that 4T today.

Yes, you are right, hsuhs.

The technical element score is so much lower than PChan's ... that's unbelievable ... I really have to watch the video soon ....

Oh dear, I hope Dai-chan is not frustrated and will try again and again ... but he's not one to be frustrated at the moment, I think. He's enjoying skating ... and so tomorrow will be another performance :-))

Recently, many low technical scores.
I do not understand why!

It's hard to tell what Daisuke needs to start landing quads consistently. But it looks like he desperately needs those quads in order to succeed.

From the forum:

Hey, I agree with you here, Nadine, re Daisuke. Alas, the judges don't! Wow, 5-point difference between Dai and Patrick. FS sure loves them some Patrick Chan over any and everybody else, no matter how PChid skates.

Takahashi is cat-like. I don't care what the scores are. He is the best.

Machida's TES (43.88) and Miner's TES (41.68) were higher than Takahashi's (41.64).
