Congrats to Takahito Mura for landing all his jumps in the SP.

Hopeful for Elene Gedevanishvili, who is currently 3rd.

Kerrs will probably win the dance event.

Hi hsuhs! Very Happy Thank you for the information!!

I'm very happy with the result of Takahito Mura and Akiko Suzuki!! Congratulations to them!cheers
And I'm happy to see Kevin back after the surgery too. Very Happy

Mura is only 17 yo. He goes to the high school where Dai-chan graduated.
He must be very happy after the disastrous result at JWC. He has great possibility to be one of the top skaters in the world. Very Happy Very Happy

BTW I think this year's Janese Nationals will be a hard battle...Rolling Eyes
We have Dai-chan, Nobu, Kozuka, Nanri (who won Merano Cup ) and Mura. (I hope Nakaniwa can join the battle too..)
Kozuka participated in the regional competition the other day and won it. He landed 4T (actually 4T<) in his FP.

Here is Kozuka's score at Chubu regional competition in case someone is interested. (The scores were bit inflated! alien )
-SP-
3Lz+3T 3A FSSp4 3F SlSt3 CiSt2 CSSp3 CCoSp3 Total:82.50 (TES:46.00 PCS:36.50)
-FP-
4T< 3A+3T 3F FSSp4 SlSt2 CUSp3 2S+2T CiSt2 3Lz+2T+2Lo 3Lo 3A 3Lz CCoSp4 Total:141.90 (TES:70.20 PCS:71.70)

GO Dai-chan!! cheers cheers I believe in you!! cheers

Really? I like him. We'll see how he skates his free today.
Yes, I've too noticed Kozuka's getting stronger and stronger. Good for him!

That program suits Elene so well! I like it too.

As for Stephane, he says in that article: "I know if I don't do Skate Canada, I'm not going to compete at the [ISU] Grand Prix Final, and for me, the final is very important. I already won it twice [in 2005 and 2007], and I really want to win it again."

If he's not ready to compete in SC, he can't skate in GPF. Too bad, but that's the rules.

Update: My congrats to Takahito Mura cheers
You rock, Takahito! sunny

yukisnowflake, I read on another board it was due to his back injury.
